Heather on the Hill Festival will return on Saturday 28th August 2027, following the success of its debut event this past weekend, which welcomed 26,000 fans for a spectacular day of music and entertainment.
The inaugural festival proved a huge hit with families and music fans, selling out and establishing Heather on the Hill as one of Scotland’s biggest new family-friendly festivals. With huge sets from festival founders, Nathan Evans and the SAINT PHNX Band plus Skerryvore, Cammy Barnes and many more to Ceilidh Kids, Artie’s Singing Kettle, laughing yoga, circus skills, and a mini Royal Highland Show, Heather on the Hill was full of variety for music fans of all ages, setting a strong foundation for its return next year.
Speaking about this year’s event, Nathan Evans and the SAINT PHNX said: “It’s been an incredible experience delivering one of Scotland’s biggest family-friendly festivals. We’re so excited to announce that Heather on the Hill is coming back in 2027, and we can’t wait to invite even more people to experience it with us.
“The feedback from year one has been absolutely phenomenal, and we’re already planning year two. Early bird tickets go on sale this Friday at 9am, at a special price. We can’t wait to do it all again!”
A limited number of early bird tickets at 2026 prices will go on sale from 9am on Friday 28th August via www.smmrsessions.com, whilst fans who attended the 2026 edition can access a presale from 9am on Wednesday 26th August.
